Fictional example figures. Profit is before overheads and tax. Select an image to view it at full size.

Compare the whole promotion
- Compare your usual offer, a percentage discount and free shipping side by side.
- Include product, packaging, delivery and payment costs, plus advertising costs for each offer.
- Deduct one-off costs such as creative production and campaign setup.
- See estimated revenue, profit per order, campaign profit and the extra orders needed to match your usual offer.
- Test 0%, 10%, 20%, 30% and 50% order growth in the sensitivity table.
What you receive
- A reusable Excel planning workbook with Start Here, Planner and Instructions tabs.
- A separate completed workbook with fictional example figures.
- A short quick-start guide and single-business usage licence.
Yellow input cells and visible calculation steps help you follow the model. Save a copy for each campaign. One-off purchase, with no subscription.
Free calculator or full planner?
The free calculator checks a percentage discount using one combined cost per order. The Excel planner adds a free-shipping comparison, separate costs, adjustable advertising, one-off campaign costs and a sensitivity table. It also lets you save your own campaign files.
Before you buy
This is a digital download, not a physical product. The workbooks are .xlsx files designed for desktop Microsoft Excel; Excel is not included. No macros are required. Google Sheets compatibility is not promised.
Use one representative order, one period and consistent tax-exclusive amounts. The example uses AUD; use your own currency consistently. No currency conversion or GST calculation is included.
What “profit” means here
Campaign profit is sales less the per-order costs entered and one-off promotion costs. It excludes overheads, owner compensation, financing and tax, so it is not full business net profit. Returns, refunds, chargebacks, capacity constraints and changing product mix are not modelled.
The planner calculates the sales increase required and the outcome of your estimates. It does not predict customer demand or guarantee a profit. All screenshots use fictional example figures.
Use and support
For internal planning by one business. You may save and edit copies for that business; resale and redistribution are not included. File-access and template-use support is available through the store. Custom modelling and ongoing consulting are not included.
